STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (Services Acknowledgement / Invoice)
Customers can get refund within 24 hours of time before getting started with their services / training (this is not supported by few payment gateways but we will take care about refund procedure from our end, no payment gateway is responsible for refund)
If checking out with ATOM Payment Gateway, Transaction fee charges would not be refunded / reversed under any circumstances for any refund / reversal / chargeback and any other reasons.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Subscription Fee: Subscriber agrees to pay the appropriate fee corresponding to the particular Services Or Training that it wishes to access for the applicable Subscription Term (“Subscription Fee”). Systima Technologies reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee with respect to a Renewal Term with prior written notification. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all fees are noncancellable and non-refundable, after the training or services are started.
No Fee Trial: If Customer cancels a No Fee Trial before it expires, Customer’s credit/debit card will not be charged. If Customer does not cancel before expiration of the No Fee Trial, Customer will automatically be enrolled in the appropriate membership (depending on Customer’s No Fee Trial sign-up choice), and Customer’s credit/debit card will be billed accordingly.
Gift Subscription. If Customer receives a Gift Subscription, Customer shall not be required to provide the Customer’s billing information.
Payment Details: Recurring charges are billed in advance of service or before the training is started. Customer agrees to provide Systima Technologies with valid, up-to-date and complete debit/credit card, contact and billing details. Customer further authorizes Systima Technologies to bill such debit/credit card on the Effective Date (and corresponding Renewal Dates, if appropriate) for the Subscription Fee due for the Subscription Term (and Renewal Term). If, for any reason, Customer’s credit/debit card company refuses to pay the amount billed for the Services, Customer agrees that Systima Technologies may, at its option, suspend or terminate Customer’s subscription / services. And require Customer to pay the overdue amount by other means acceptable to the Systima Technologies. Systima Technologies may charge a fee for reinstatement of suspended or terminated accounts. Customer agrees that until its subscription to the Services is properly terminated, it will continue to accrue charges for which it remains responsible, even if it does not use the Services. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, Customer agrees to reimburse Systima Technologies for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses. Unless otherwise expressly stated.
Taxes: Customer is responsible for all applicable sales, use, transfer or other taxes and all duties, whether international, national, state, or local, however designated, which are levied or imposed by reason of the transaction contemplated hereby, excluding, however, income taxes on profits which may be levied against Systima Technologies.

The information, video, audio, pictures, animation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Systima site are protected by copyright laws. You may only access and use the information for personal purpose. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without express written consent of Systima Technologies Site Admin or The Owner.
Editing, Deleting and Modification:
Systima Technologies reserves the right to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Systima Technologies and its officers, directors, and employees from and against all fines, suits, proceedings, claims, causes of action, demands, or liabilities of any kind or of any nature arising out of or in connection with your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to their subject matter, and there are no other terms, conditions, or obligations between the parties relating to the use of the Site, other than those contained in these Terms. Services OR Training not-received-as-described:
Any issues related to the services by Systima Technologies like:
if you did not received as our services or the training you opted mentioned in agreement or description of the services should be reported immediately to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the Service or Training opted. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased Service OR Training is not as it is described in the agreement or on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims:
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services or our payment partners if liable. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Certain features of the Services may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in Indian Rupees and, unless explicitly provided otherwise herein, are non-refundable after the services or training is started.
Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Systima Technologies’ performance of this Agreement requires Systima to process, transmit and store personal data (FULL NAME, EMAIL ID, MOBILE NUMBER, ADDRESS, GENDER, SERVICE OPTED FOR, And any information which is non-banking related) in order to administer or manage Systima Technologies’ delivery of Services, as well as information about the contractual commitments between Systima and Customer, for the purpose of billing and collection of payments, and of observing compliance with Customer’s obligations under this Agreement. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Systima also processes information and personal data that the Systima collects, when Customer submits a request for support services or other troubleshooting, including information about hardware, software and other details related to the support incident, such as authentication information, information about the condition of the service, and error-tracking files. Systima Technologies processes such personal data in order to respond to the request and solve the problem eventually reported.
Systima Technologies reserves the right to change this Agreement on a going-forward basis at any time upon seven days’ notice. Please check this Agreement periodically for changes. If a change to this Agreement materially modifies Customer’s rights or obligations, We may require that Customer accept the modified Agreement in order to continue to use the Services. Customer must accept the modifications to continue accessing or using the Services. If Customer objects to the modifications, its exclusive remedy is to cease any and all access and use of the Services. If the effective date of the modifications is during the term of a Subscription and Customer objects to the modifications, then (as its exclusive remedy) Customer may terminate its affected Subscription upon notice to Systima, and Systima will refund to Customer any fees it has pre-paid for use of the Services for the terminated portion of the term of the applicable Subscription. To exercise this right, Customer must provide Systima Technologies with notice of its objection and termination within 30 days after Systima Technologies provides notice of the modifications. Material modifications are effective upon Customer’s acceptance of the modified version of the Agreement. Immaterial modifications are effective upon publication. Except as expressly permitted in this Section 19, this Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties to this Agreement. Disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the version of this Agreement that was in effect at the time the dispute arose.
During the Term: (a) Customer agrees to participate in case studies and other similar marketing efforts reasonably requested by Systima Technologies; (b) Systima Technologies may disclose that Customer is a customer of Systima to third parties; and (c) Systima Technologies may include on and in Systima’s’ website, case studies, marketing materials, and conference presentations and other speaking opportunities, Customer’s testimonials and other feedback regarding the Services, name, website URL, use case, and logo and other marks. Upon request from Customer, Systima Technologies will promptly stop making the disclosure and use described in the foregoing sentence except to the extent already included in any then-existing materials.
